Hi Mattie! My name is Olivia and I’m looking to make the move into tv production from producing live shows. What advice can you give on trying to get my foot in the door? I’ve tried starting at the bottom applying for runner positions but they all seem to want lots of experience so not sure where to begin! Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
